雖說雷射可以分季節選擇，但術後的防曬功夫可不行！國泰綜合醫院皮膚科醫學美容中心主治醫師廖澤源表示，由於術後皮膚會對紫外線照射較為敏感，挑選防曬產品時，建議要盡量選擇防曬係數SPF50、PA+++的產品，且要視在外活動的時間長短而補擦，平常約3～5小時補擦一次，如果是夏天流汗量較多時，就要1～2小時補擦一次，防曬力才會足夠。

至於如何選擇適合自己的防曬方式？新光醫院醫學美容中心主任唐豪悅說，可用兩大因素來判斷，首先是看術後有無傷口，若有傷口，就無法使用一般市售的防曬產品，只能先採物理性防曬（如撐傘、戴帽子、貼人工皮等），待傷口結痂復原後才能改用其他防曬方式。
